Production Time
All our products are manufactured to your specifications after order confirmation. Standard production time is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on order quantity, product type, and customization complexity. Final timelines are confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete and any outstanding balance is received, your order is dispatched. Estimated transit times:
- International Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business daysÂ
- Air Cargo: 5–10 business days
- Sea Freight (Bulk Orders): 20–45 business days
Tracking
A tracking number or shipment details will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are quoted separately or included in your invoice based on the agreed commercial terms.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Eco Jersey is a custom clothing manufacturer. All products on this page are made to order using your approved designs, sizes, and specifications.
Custom Orders Are Final Sale
- All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or spelling/design details that were approved in the artwork and size list.
Before You Approve Your Order
Please carefully review: size charts, player names and numbers, logo placement, colors, artwork proofs, and delivery details before giving final approval.
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
We will repair, replace, or refund if there is a genuine manufacturing issue caused by us, such as:
- Defective stitching, zippers, or fabric.
- Major printing errors or a product that is materially different from the approved design.
- Wrong fabric type or incorrect quantities supplied.
Industry‑standard tolerances are not treated as defects, including:
- Measurement variation of approximately ±1–2 cm.
- Slight shade differences between on‑screen colors, print, and fabric.
- Minor print placement variation.
How To Report an Issue
- Report any issues within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Email us at support@ecojersey.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video of the affected items.
