3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

We will forward your counter-notice to the party who submitted the original claim and reinstate the content in 10–14 business days unless they notify us of legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Eco Jersey reserves the right to terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers.
