All Eco Jersey products are made-to-order. Production begins only after final design approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
Production timelines vary depending on order quantity and customization complexity. Estimated timelines are shared during order confirmation and should be considered approximate.
Shipping takes place after production is completed. Delivery time depends on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier or freight provider, transit responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance to allow sufficient production and shipping time.

Returns & Refunds (Custom Orders)
Every Eco Jersey product is made specifically for you. Once your design, sizes, names, numbers, and other details are approved, production begins based entirely on those confirmed specifications.
Because these items are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or spelling and design details that were approved before production. Small variations in color tone or minor measurement differences within normal industry tolerance are also considered standard in textile manufacturing.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your artwork, size chart, and all order details before giving final approval.
If, however, there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the product is materially different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund if a replacement is not practical.
