Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Our Business Model

Eco Jersey operates exclusively as a custom clothing manufacturer. We do not sell ready-made or retail products. Every order is produced specifically according to the customer’s approved designs, sizes, fabric selections, and specifications. Because of this, shipping timelines are directly linked to production schedules.


2. Production & Order Processing

Production begins only after final artwork approval, confirmation of sizes and quantities, and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Production time depends on several factors, including order quantity, product type, fabric availability, customization complexity, and our current production workload. Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. These timelines are provided in good faith but should be considered estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping takes place after production is completed and the balance payment (if applicable) has been received.

Transit time varies depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs procedures. International courier deliveries typically take several business days, while large bulk shipments sent by air cargo or sea freight may take longer depending on routing and clearance processes.

Please note that once goods leave our facility, delivery speed is influenced by external logistics providers and customs authorities, which are beyond our direct control.


4. Shipping Methods & Costs

We arrange shipment through international courier services, air cargo, sea freight, or customer-nominated freight forwarders when agreed in advance. The shipping method is finalized during order confirmation based on quantity, urgency, and destination.

Shipping costs are either quoted separately or included in the invoice, depending on the agreed commercial terms. All shipping charges must be settled before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Customs procedures vary by country and may occasionally cause delays. Eco Jersey cannot be held responsible for customs clearance timelines or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct address, contact person, and phone number. Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier or freight company, responsibility and risk transfer to the customer. While we will reasonably assist in communication with the carrier in case of issues, we are not liable for transit delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers.

If goods arrive visibly damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

From time to time, delays may occur due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include customs inspections, transportation disruptions, political instability, government restrictions, natural disasters, or global supply chain interruptions.

Such circumstances do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund. Read our Returne and Refund Policy.


8. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused without valid reason, not cleared from customs, or left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any resulting storage charges, return shipping costs, or re-dispatch fees.

Orders that remain uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned.


9. Time-Sensitive Orders

For tournaments, events, product launches, or seasonal deadlines, customers are strongly advised to place orders well in advance. Production and international shipping require reasonable time buffers. Eco Jersey cannot accept responsibility for missed deadlines resulting from late order placement or courier delays.


10. Policy Updates

Eco Jersey (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. The version published on ecojersey.com at the time of order placement will apply to that order
