How to Get a Refund

After successfully returning an item to Eco Jersey, the next step is receiving your refund. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund process.
Refund Process Overview #
- Return Approval:
- After your return request is processed and the item is received, we will inspect it.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund Timeframe:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
Partial Refunds #
- Damaged Items: If the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
- Return Shipping Fees: In certain cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund amount, depending on the reason for the return.
Alternative Options #
If you prefer, we can offer store credit or an exchange for a different product in place of a refund. Just let us know what works best for you when initiating the return.
