How to Get a Refund

After successfully returning an item to Eco Jersey, the next step is receiving your refund. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund process.

Refund Process Overview #

1. Return Approval:
   • After your return request is processed and the item is received, we will inspect it.
2. Refund Method:
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Refund Timeframe:
   • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned item has been inspected.

Partial Refunds #

• Damaged Items: If the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
• Return Shipping Fees: In certain cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund amount, depending on the reason for the return.

Alternative Options #

If you prefer, we can offer store credit or an exchange for a different product in place of a refund. Just let us know what works best for you when initiating the return.
