Shipping takes place after production is completed. Delivery time depends on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Small variations in color tone or minor measurement differences within normal industry tolerance are also considered standard in textile manufacturing.

If, however, there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the product is materially different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
