Because these items are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or spelling and design details that were approved before production. Small variations in color tone or minor measurement differences within normal industry tolerance are also considered standard in textile manufacturing.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your artwork, size chart, and all order details before giving final approval.
If, however, there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the product is materially different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
