(Custom & Bulk Orders Only)

1. How Our Production Works

Eco Jersey is a custom clothing manufacturer. We do not keep ready-made stock, and we do not operate as a retail store. Every order is produced specifically according to the design, sizes, fabric, and customization details approved by the customer.

Because each product is made from scratch, production time is required for every order.

2. When Production Actually Starts

Production begins only after three things are completed:

• Final artwork and design approval
• Confirmation of sizes and quantities
• Receipt of the agreed advance payment

If approvals are delayed or payment is pending, the production schedule will automatically move forward. We allocate factory capacity based on confirmed and paid orders.

3. How Long Production Takes

Production time depends on the size and complexity of the order. A small team order is very different from a large bulk manufacturing project. Fabric availability, printing method, embroidery work, and seasonal workload all play a role in determining timelines.

When your order is confirmed, we provide an estimated production timeframe. These timelines are shared honestly based on our current schedule and capacity.

However, production timelines should always be considered estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates.

4. Samples & Pre-Production

If a sample is requested before bulk production, the sample stage is treated separately. Bulk production will only begin once the sample is approved.

If design revisions or changes are requested during sampling, the overall timeline will extend accordingly. Clear and timely approvals help keep the process smooth.

5. Rush Orders

In some situations, we may be able to accommodate urgent production requests. This depends entirely on factory capacity and material availability at the time.

If rush production is possible, it may involve additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing before production begins.

Even for urgent orders, external factors such as fabric supply or shipping delays cannot be fully controlled.

6. Unexpected Delays

While we always aim to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, manufacturing is a structured process and occasional delays can happen.

Delays may be caused by material shortages, supply chain disruptions, technical adjustments during production, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If any issue arises that affects your timeline, we will communicate openly and professionally.

7. Large & Seasonal Orders

During peak seasons, production capacity is scheduled on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. Large bulk orders require planning and proper allocation of factory time.

For tournaments, product launches, or seasonal collections, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance to avoid unnecessary pressure.

8. Completion & Dispatch

Production is considered complete once the goods pass our internal quality control and are ready for shipment.

Shipping timelines begin only after production is finished and any remaining balance payment has been received.

9. A Realistic Approach to Custom Manufacturing

Custom clothing production requires time, coordination, and proper planning. By placing an order with Eco Jersey, customers acknowledge that manufacturing timelines are structured and cannot be treated like ready-stock dispatch.

We believe clear communication and early planning lead to the best results for both sides.at order
