This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all custom, personalized, made-to-order, and teamwear products manufactured and supplied by Eco Jersey (SMC-Private) Limited (“Eco Jersey”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Custom Products Include
- Jackets
- Suites
- Tracksuits
- Streetwear
- Compression wear
- Biker and performance apparel
- Workwear
- Outwear
- Denim Apparels
- Leather Apparels
- Any garments produced using customer-approved designs, logos, names, numbers, colors, sizing specifications, or fabric selections
By placing an order for custom products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2. Final Sale – No Change-of-Mind Returns
All custom products are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
What This Means
All custom orders are considered final sale.
We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect size selection where the delivered product matches the approved size list
- Spelling errors, names, numbers, logos, or colors that were approved in artwork
- Design issues approved prior to production
- Courier or customs delays
- Minor variations within standard manufacturing tolerance
Customer Responsibility Before Approval
Customers must carefully review:
- Size charts
- Names and numbers
- Logo placement
- Colors
- Artwork proofs
- Delivery details
before providing final approval and payment.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Production
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
After Production Has Started
Once artwork is approved and production has started:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Full payment remains due as agreed
Custom production resources are allocated specifically to your order.
4. Our Responsibility – Defective or Incorrect Products
Eco Jersey accepts full responsibility for production errors caused by our manufacturing process.
Eligible Issues
You may qualify for replacement, repair, or refund if:
- There is a manufacturing defect (faulty stitching, broken zipper, fabric defect)
- There is a significant printing error caused by our production
- The product materially differs from the approved design
- Wrong fabric type was supplied
- Incorrect quantities were delivered
Not Considered Defects
- Size tolerance of ±1–2 cm
- Slight color shade differences
- Minor print placement variation
Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, we may offer:
- Free replacement
- Repair or alteration
- Partial refund
- Full refund (if replacement is not practical)
Our priority is to remake or replace items correctly.
5. Timeframe to Report Issues
Reporting Window
All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
Team & Club Deliveries
The designated representative must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report issues within the same timeframe.
6. How to Submit a Claim
Required Information
To process your claim, please provide:

- Full contact details
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or video evidence showing:
- Full product
- Close-ups of the defect
- Size labels
- Affected quantities

7. Return Shipping & Costs
If Eco Jersey Is Responsible
- We cover reasonable return shipping costs (if return is required)
- We cover shipping for replacement items
If the Customer Is Responsible
- Customer covers return shipping
- Any remake or correction costs may apply
In some cases, we may resolve issues without requiring return shipment.
8. Sizes, Measurements & Color Variations
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge the following industry standards:
Measurements
Garments may vary within ±1–2 cm tolerance.
Colors
Screen displays may differ from physical fabrics and prints.
Fabric Batches
Minor differences between production batches may occur over time.
These are not considered defects.
We recommend ordering samples before placing large or first-time bulk orders.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate sizes and quantities
- Confirming correct spelling of names and numbers
- Ensuring delivery address accuracy
- Securing rights to use logos and trademarks
- Reviewing and approving final artwork
Eco Jersey is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or approved customer information.
10. Bulk, Club & Team Orders
Designated Representative
The team manager or representative:
- Is responsible for verifying all data
- Provides final approval for artwork and sizes
- Acts on behalf of all team members
Errors in player information provided by the club are not eligible for free replacement.
11. International Orders
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier processes.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance.
12. Refund Processing
Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
13. Force Majeure
Eco Jersey is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Industrial action
- Material shortages
14. Abuse, Fraud & Payment Disputes
We reserve the right to refuse claims where:
- Products show misuse or damage after delivery
- Claims are submitted outside the reporting window
- Evidence suggests fraud or abusive behavior
- Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes are initiated
Eco Jersey reserves the right to recover losses caused by fraudulent disputes.
